    How could have the reforms the parliament passed been more just and better for the working class?

     The reform Act of 1832 gave industrial cities representation and gave voting rights to middle class men. Leaders continued to give voting rights to men with education .

 The parliament made limited working hours to 12 hours per day for teenagers and decreased working hours for children . The parliament also passed public health in industrial cities.
